Hiring an in-house HR employee is too big a step for many SMEs: too expensive for the monthly workload, too important to have no one at all. We are the middle road: a permanent, external HR partner who keeps your HR administration running — for as many or as few days as you need.
You decide how far we go: from payroll only to the full HR scope. And you always keep the overview through clear agreements and fixed reporting.
In a structural collaboration we don’t fix how many hours we spend, but what you can expect from us. These commitments are set out in the agreement:
As well as what we guarantee, we also agree on how quickly and how often you will hear from us:
You pay a fixed amount per month, tailored to your organisation. No hourly rates, no surprises afterwards, no debate about time spent — we get better and faster, and that should never cost you more. If your team grows or shrinks slightly, nothing changes: the amount is fixed until the annual review.
Your social secretariat calculates salaries based on the input it receives. We make sure that input is correct, check the output, follow everything up and answer your people’s questions. The social secretariat calculates; we take care of it.
The term and the notice period are agreed together, tailored to your situation. What we will say honestly: a structural collaboration needs a little time to reach full speed, because taking over a payroll file takes start-up time. So we aim for a collaboration that can grow — but if there is good reason to approach it differently, we simply discuss that together.
Small fluctuations don’t change your monthly fee: a tolerance margin is agreed in the contract. If your headcount changes structurally and durably, we discuss an adjustment at the annual review — never as an unannounced correction on your invoice.
